Registration fees will only be refunded if the request is submitted by October 10th, 2026.
Cancellation Policy:

Participants may cancel their registration at least 30 days before the event (by October 10th, 2026).
After this deadline, no refunds will be issued. No refunds for no-shows.
Participant replacement policy
Participants may be replaced by another person not yet registered, with notification to [email protected].
Deadline: October 10th, 2026.
The new participant must register and pay the applicable fee.
The withdrawing participant receives a full refund if replacement is done on time.
If the replacement has a lower fee, the difference will be refunded minus bank charges
